二、  报名途径

1. 中国籍：

请发送您的自荐信、简历、三封推荐信到如下邮箱进行报名：hiring@wku.edu.cn。邮件标题为：部门+岗位+姓名。

中国籍应聘者请勿投递简历至该邮箱，误投视作无效。

3. 温肯在职员工：

温肯在职员工参加应聘的，校龄须满一年，并请填写转岗申请表（点此下载），征得部门负责人及分管校领导同意后提交至人力资源部。在职员工申请转岗的不需要再参加笔试，但需要与校外应聘者一同参加面试。

三、报名截止时间：2020年8月19日

四、资格审查

1. 应聘者须于2020年9月30日前取得相应的学历学位证书；毕业于国（境）外高校的，还须取得国外学位和教育部留学服务中心出具的学历学位认证书。
2. 工作年限计算时间截止到2020年8月19日。在报名系统填写最近一段在职工作经历时，结束时间选择2020年8月19日。
3. 全日制学习期间所有的工作、实习、兼职、项目管理等经历均不算作工作经验。
4. 报考人员在资格审查中提交的报考信息和材料应当真实、准确、有效。凡提供虚假信息和材料获取报考及聘用资格的，或有意隐瞒本人真实情况的，一经查实，立即取消报考资格或聘用资格。

五、考核和体检

1. 本次招聘不设最低开考比例。
2. 考核方式和时间安排将另行通知。
3. 具体考核安排会以短信+邮件的形式通知，请务必确保报名时填写的手机号码、邮件地址准确无误。
4. 体检参照公务员体检标准执行。

If WKU staff who have been working in WKU over 1 year would like to apply for the new position, please fill the POSITION-TRANSFER Application Form (Download Here), and submit to Human Resources Office after approved by head of your current department and leadership in charge. WKU staff only attend the interview together with the external applicants.

Part 4 Qualification Review

1. All applicants shall obtain the degree before 30^th Sep, 2020; overseas graduates shall be required to obtain the diploma and its authentication before 30^th Sep, 2020.
2. The deadline of the calculation of working years is 19^th Aug, 2020. If you are on the job, please be aware that the last day of the current working experience should be 19^th Aug, 2020 when filling in the application system.
3. All work, such as part-time jobs, program management experiences, internships and so on happens during full-time study are not considered as working experiences.
4. Please be aware that all the application information and materials shall guarantee their reality, accuracy and validity. Disqualification shall be given to those who have been verified to provide false information, cheating or concealing.

Part 5 Recruitment Evaluation and Physical Exam

1. This recruitment does not set the minimum exam-opening ratio.
2. The timetable and methods of assessment will be announced separately.
3. The details of exam shall be informed by sending e-mail and text message. Please ensure you provide e-mail address and telephone number correctly.
4. The physical exam standard is in accordance with civil servants.
